Mr. Sandip Kakade, a graduate in Agricultural Science with a master's in Agribusiness Management, has been with BAIF for more than 15 years. His extensive experience across various programs has led him to his current role as State Head for Odisha and Chhattisgarh, which he assumed in December 2022.

Mr. Romio Hasan, a Mechanical Engineer with a PGDM in Rural Management from IRMA, has been serving as the Senior Programme Manager at BAIF Livelihoods Odisha since 2024. He is responsible for project development, coordination, and monitoring, among other critical functions.

Mr. Bikrant Kumar, a science graduate, has been associated with BAIF since 2005. He now serves as the Additional Chief Programme Executive, playing a key role in managing the organisation's initiatives.

Dr. Prafulla Kumar Nayak, a Bachelor of Veterinary Science, joined BAIF in 2022 after a three-decade career with the ARD Dept., Govt. of Odisha. He is currently part of the Livestock Development Program and operates from the State Office in Sambalpur.

Mr. Bipin Sahu has been with BAIF since 2011 and specialises in Accounts. He currently leads Odisha and Chhattisgarh's Finance & Accounts Department, ensuring financial efficiency across the states.

Mr. Ramganesh, a Civil Engineering graduate with an M.Tech in Ground Water Hydrology from IIT Roorkee, has been serving as the Associate Programme Manager at BAIF Livelihoods Odisha since 2024. He is posted at the Mor Jal Mor Maati projects/programmes under BALCO in Chhattisgarh.

Dr. Santosh Kumar holds a bachelors degree in Veterinary Science & has been working with BAIF since 2008. He is now engaged with the Livestock Development Program and is based in Cuttack.

Mr. Mohapatra, holding a Master’s in Social Work, has been serving as the Associate Programme Manager since 2024, overseeing development, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and documentation for CSR projects in Odisha and Chhattisgarh.

Mr. Mufti Mahammad Khan, with a master’s degree in Agriculture, has been a part of BAIF since 2015. He is currently associated with the Holistic Development Program at the State Office.

Holding a post-graduate degree in Rural Management, Mr. Shariq has been working with BAIF since 2023. He oversees the Holistic Development Program in Sambalpur.

Holding an MBA in Rural Management and a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Mr. Parash, who has been associated with BAIF since 2024, serves as Senior Project Officer at Naktideul under the FRDP Project.

A PGDM-RM graduate from XISS and a BE in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Punit, who has been working with BAIF since 2024, is responsible for coordinating project activities at the State Office in Sambalpur, where he holds the role of Senior Project Officer.

Mr. Aswini Kumar Dhal, who holds a bachelor's degree in Science, has been with BAIF since 2020. He provides IT support at the State Office, ensuring smooth technological operations.

Mr. Chandrakant Barada Prasan, a postgraduate in Rural Development, has been working with BAIF since 2022. He is actively engaged in the Farm-Based Livelihoods Program in Sambalpur.

Mr. Koustave, with a Master’s in Rural Development from TISS and a B.Sc. in Agri Rural & Tribal Development, who has been working with BAIF since 2024, coordinates various project activities at the State Office in Sambalpur as Senior Project Officer.

With an M.Sc. in Agronomy from RKMVERI and a B.Sc. in Agriculture from SNU, Ranchi, Mr. Arnab, who has been associated with BAIF since 2024, is responsible for the Mor Jal Mor Maati projects under the BALCO program in Chhattisgarh, where he serves as Senior Project Officer.

Ms. Sudeshna, with a Master’s in Agriculture & Rural Development and a B.Sc. in Agriculture, who has been working with BAIF since 2024, manages the Mor Jal Mor Maati projects in Chhattisgarh as a Senior Project Officer.

Ms. Swarnali, who has been associated with BAIF since 2024, holds a Master’s in Agriculture & Rural Development and a B.Sc. in Agriculture. She is engaged in overseeing the Mor Jal Mor Maati projects in Chhattisgarh under the BALCO program as Senior Project Officer.

Mr. Netrananda holds a Master’s degree in M.Sc. (Agricultural Extension Education) from Centurion University, Odisha. He, who has been associated with BAIF since 2024, serves as Senior Project Officer and is posted at the Mor Jal Mor Maati projects/programmes under BALCO in Chhattisgarh.

Mr. Surajit Swain, with a master’s degree in Business Administration, has been working with BAIF since 2019. He is presently involved in the Livestock Development Program in Jajpur.

Mr. Gulab Chandra Pal holds a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and has been with BAIF since 2019. He is presently part of the Holistic Development Program in Jharsuguda.

Mr. Uditnarayan, a post-graduate in Social Enterprises, has been part of BAIF since 2023. He currently manages the Livestock Development Program in Balangir.

Ms. Prerna holds a Bachelor's degree in Fisheries Science and a Master’s in Management, with a background in digital content creation. She has been entrusted with documentation, coordination, and secretarial duties at BAIF Livelihoods Odisha and has been working with BAIF since 2024.

Mr. Mrutyunjaya, holding a graduate degree in Science (Agriculture), works on the Holistic Development Program in Sambalpur and has been with BAIF since 2023.

With a B.Tech in Agriculture Engineering, Mr. Abinash, who has been associated with BAIF since 2024, works as a Project Officer at the Jujumura Cluster Office, Sambalpur, under the FRDP Project, supporting various initiatives in the region.
